Hi, I'm Kelly.
I've spent a lot of time thinking about why our minds worry—and, more importantly, what we can actually do about it.

Why I Started Teaching This
I've always been fascinated by the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and the way we experience everyday life.
That curiosity eventually led me through healthcare, meditation, hypnosis training, personal development, and a lot of experimentation with different ways of changing how we think and feel.
But some of the most useful things I've learned weren't complicated.
They were simple ideas and techniques that could actually be used when your mind started worrying about school, work, relationships, your future—or whatever happened to be taking up too much space in your head that day.
That's ultimately what became The 5-Minute Worry Reset.
I wanted to take some of the most useful ideas I'd learned and turn them into something practical that people could actually use.
My Approach
I'm interested in tools that make sense in real life.
You can understand everything there is to know about worry, but eventually Monday morning comes around and something happens that gets your mind going again.
That's where practical tools matter.
My goal is to help you understand what's happening, experience different ways of responding to it, and discover which techniques work best for you.
Not every technique will click with every person.
Sometimes one simple idea is the one that changes the way you look at something you've worried about for years.
Spend Less Time in Your Head. Spend More Time in Your Life.
There will always be uncertainty.
There will always be things we can't completely control.
And occasionally life will give us something worth thinking about.
The question is whether every worried thought deserves hours of our attention.
I don't think it does.
That's the idea behind the work I'm building here.
